Thank you for purchasing and using Noontec products, which come with three-month replacement and one- year warranty from the date of sale.

The specific warranty commitment and relevant regulations are shown as follows:

■ Three-month replacement

For quality problems under proper usage replacement or repair will be done within 3 months from the date of sale. When users request a replacement, the seller shall be responsible for exchanging the same model and specification of products for them. If such products are discontinued, he/she shall exchange the same brand products at the corresponding price.

■ One- year warranty

For normal warranty scope under proper usage repair will be done free of charge within 1 year from the date of sale.

Notices:

1. Accessories including manual, CD, floppy disk and connection line, etc are not within warranty scope.

2. Failure or damage caused by the use, maintenance and custody not in accordance with Product Instructions or Service Manual.

3. Alter warranty card without authorization. Product model and serial number on warranty card do not conform to physical commodities.

4. Products have no name and address of manufacturer, date of production, and product certificate, etc.

5. Product serial number and bar code labels are unclear, have been removed, altered or damaged and cannot effectively prove the identity of this product.

6. Failure or damage due to water, moisture, fall, collisions, transport or other force majeure, and external factors.

7. Wear, cracks, scratches and paint peeling of product shell, including accessories, etc under proper usage.
